Job Description: Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor
We are looking for a visual storyteller who can transform static concepts into high-impact motion graphics and cinematic video content. The ideal candidate lives at the intersection of technical precision and creative flair, capable of handling everything from high-end product showcases to fast-paced social media assets.
The Role at a Glance
As our Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor, you will be responsible for the end-to-end production of visual content. You’ll collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure our brand's aesthetic is consistent, premium, and engaging across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Motion Design: Create complex 2D/3D animations, title sequences, and transitions that elevate the production value of our videos.
- Video Editing: Assemble raw footage into polished, cohesive narratives, including color grading, sound design, and pacing adjustments.
- Product Visuals: Develop visually arresting content for lifestyle products, focusing on sensory appeal and brand storytelling.
- Social-First Content: Stay ahead of trends to produce high-performing content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (Reels, Shorts, and long-form).
- Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve visual brand guidelines across all video touchpoints.
- Workflow Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial storyboard/moodboard to final rendering and archiving (and yes, we mean naming files something better than Final_v2_REALLY_FINAL.mp4).
Technical Requirements

- Experience: 3+ years in a professional creative role (Agency or In-house).
- The Portfolio: A diverse showreel that proves you can handle both "sleek and corporate" and "bold and experimental."
- The Eye: A deep understanding of color theory, composition, and rhythmic editing.
- The Mindset: You are a problem-solver who can take a vague brief and turn it into a visual masterpiece. You thrive on feedback and are obsessed with the "final 5%" of polish.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with Product Photography or Videography.
- Knowledge of UX/UI motion principles.
- A background in the lifestyle, fashion, or luxury goods sectors.
