Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced QS Engineer (Quantity Surveyor) with a strong background in construction and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, billing, cost control, and contract management to ensure efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), quantity take-off, and cost estimation for construction projects.
- Handle client billing and subcontractor billing as per project progress.
- Verify measurement sheets and site quantities.
- Monitor project costs and budgets to ensure cost control.
- Prepare RA Bills, final bills, and variation statements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and contractors.
- Review tender documents, contracts, and project specifications.
- Maintain billing records, project documentation, and reports.
- Ensure timely submission of invoices and payment follow-ups.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3–7 years of experience as QS Engineer or Quantity Surveyor in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, billing, and quantity estimation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project documentation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
