Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented F&B Service Associate who can join immediately and provide exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The candidate will be responsible for delivering prompt and courteous food and beverage service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages as per hotel standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of tables and service areas.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Assist in billing and payment procedures.
- Promote menu items and upsell food and beverage offerings.
Requirements:
- Hotel Management qualification is preferred.
- If not qualified, relevant experience in F&B Service is required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant billing/POS systems.
- Well-groomed and professional personality.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong guest service orientation and team spirit.
