Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and monitor work progress.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution of work.
- Monitor manpower deployment and ensure optimum productivity.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and work records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at the project site.
- Inspect materials received at the site and verify their quality and quantity.
- Identify and report site issues, delays, and risks to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and consultants for technical clarifications.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned activities within the project schedule.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and discipline at the construction site.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Fresh Diploma Civil graduates with relevant internship/site exposure may also be considered for junior roles.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
