Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team. Candidates with experience in any B2B sales domain who are passionate about building client relationships and achieving sales targets are encouraged to apply. Prior IT sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT products and solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for successful project execution.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Eligibility
- 2–8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Channel Sales, or Enterprise Sales.
- Candidates from IT, Telecom, Office Automation, Electronics, Industrial Products, Banking, Insurance, FMCG, Automobile, Healthcare, or any B2B sales background are welcome to apply.
- Fresh experience in IT sales is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Passion for sales and achieving targets.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
