SGK Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. are Mumbai-based professional practices providing Companies Act compliance, FEMA/RBI advisory, NCLT matters, trademark prosecution, and SEBI/LODR compliance services to corporates, startups, and SMEs.
Role Summary
We are looking for a diligent and organised Back Office Executive to support the firm's day-to-day secretarial, regulatory, and administrative operations. The role is central to ensuring smooth documentation flow, timely statutory filings, and efficient coordination between the practice and its clients, registrars, and government portals.
Key Responsibilities
Statutory & Regulatory Support
- Assist in preparation and online filing of forms
- Track due dates for annual filings, event-based compliances, and follow up for documentation from clients
- Support DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) management and renewals
Client & Vendor Coordination
- Liaise with clients for collection of KYC documents, board resolutions, and other compliance papers
- Coordinate with CA firms, banks, and government offices (ROC, RBI, Registrar of Trademarks) for follow-ups
- Track courier/dispatch of physical documents and certificates
Office Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administration, filing systems, and record maintenance
- Handle basic correspondence, emails, and scheduling of client meetings
- Maintain trackers/MIS for pending compliances, billing, and client engagement status
- Support in preparing basic Excel-based trackers and checklists
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with MCA/V3 portal is an advantage
- Good written and verbal communication (English, Hindi; Gujarati/Marathi a plus for local client coordination)
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Trustworthy with confidential client and financial information
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
