About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Operations Team Lead to manage day-to-day service operations, lead a team of Service Delivery Executives, and ensure seamless order fulfillment while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Service Delivery team to ensure timely and successful order fulfillment.
- Monitor daily operations and ensure service levels and quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Track real-time operational updates and maintain dashboard accuracy.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service execution.
- Resolve escalations, customer concerns, and operational challenges promptly.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and drive productivity improvements.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, processes, and quality standards.
- Prepare operational reports and share performance insights with management.
What We Look For
- 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Customer Support, or Service Delivery, with prior team handling experience.
- Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of any South Indian language is an added advantage.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational dashboards.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
