Working Days: Monday to Friday + Saturday or Sunday (Half Day) (You will be informed 1 week early)

Job Summary
We are looking for 4* Research Associates* and 3* Team Leads* to conduct high-quality primary research through direct interactions with industry stakeholders. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 months of international calling experience and must be comfortable working night shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering actionable insights, validating research data, and supporting business and consulting projects through effective primary research.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct primary research through telephonic interviews and questionnaires
- Design discussion guides and survey questionnaires
- Collect, validate
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project completion
- Maintain professional communication with stakeholders and respondents
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and research capabilities
- Comfortable conducting telephonic interviews and surveys
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in rotational shifts
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Commerce, Arts, Science, or related fields
- Prior experience in research, survey, or data collection roles will be an added advantage
