Job Description – Marketing Intern
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Marketing Intern to support our sales and marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, coordinating with stores, and assisting in driving online sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor all enquiries, orders, and messages received through social media platforms and the company website.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all customer queries and convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
- Build positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service and product information.
- Coordinate with showroom teams, Team Leaders, and the Head Office to check product stock availability and update customers accordingly.
- Follow up with prospective customers and assist in achieving sales targets.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and order status.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and online customer handling.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams.
