We are looking for a skilled Paint Technician to join our team at a reputed car showroom in Aluva, Desom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vehicle painting, surface preparation, and ensuring high-quality finishing work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting (sanding, masking, priming)
- Mix and match paint colors accurately
- Apply paint using spray guns and other tools
- Perform touch-ups and finishing work
- Inspect painted surfaces for quality and consistency
- Maintain tools, equipment, and clean work area
- Follow safety standards and procedures
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Paint Technician in automobile industry
- Knowledge of paint mixing, color matching, and spray techniques
- Ability to use painting tools and equipment safely
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a car showroom or service center
- ITI or technical certification in painting/automobile field
