Role Overview:
You’ll help sellers onboard, troubleshoot issues, and grow their business on our e-commerce platform. Your goal = keep seller health metrics green + seller satisfaction high.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Seller Queries: Resolve issues via call, email, chat, and tickets related to listings, payments, FBA/FBS, returns, refunds, and account suspension.
- Onboarding: Walk new sellers through account setup, catalog upload, GST/KYC verification, and first dispatch.
- Performance Coaching: Monitor seller KPIs — late shipment rate, OOS, cancellation rate, defect rate. Share action plans to improve.
- Policy & Tools: Educate sellers on platform policies, fee structures, ad campaigns, coupons, and seller tools.
- Escalation Management: Coordinate with Catalog, Payments, Tech, and Logistics teams to resolve backend issues. Own till closure.
- Reporting: Update CRM/ticketing tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce. Share daily reports on trends & blockers.
- Voice of Customer: Highlight recurring seller issues to product/ops teams for fixes.
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
- Education: Graduate in any stream. Freshers welcome.
- Communication: Excellent Hindi + English. Good typing speed.
- Technical: Basic Excel/Google Sheets. Comfortable learning new dashboards/tools.
- Soft Skills: High empathy, patience, negotiation, and conflict management.
- Prior experience handling sellers on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Snapdeal, etc.
