-Hands on experience on Windows O/S installation and troubleshooting
-Installation of Desktops/Laptops/MFP Printers and other equipments
-Software Installation/Configuration/Trouleshooting skills
-MS Office Email outlook configuration and support
-Helpdesk Management/Inventory Management
-Network issues trouleshooting skills
-Should soft spoken and maintain discipline.
