Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to guide prospective students through the admission process and help them choose the right educational programs based on their academic goals. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and counseling skills, along with the ability to build trust and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, courses, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and student inquiries.
- Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Address student concerns and provide proper guidance throughout the counseling journey.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Prior experience in academic counseling/admission counseling/sales counseling preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
