About the Role
Vital Hosting is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our sales team in Coimbatore.
The primary responsibility of this role is to contact potential new customers from company-provided databases, understand their business requirements, and convert them into clients for our Website Design, Digital Marketing, Software Development, and other IT services.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to customers, has good communication skills, and wants to build a long-term career in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using the database provided by the company.
- Introduce Vital Hosting and explain our services to prospective clients.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate leads and convert qualified prospects into paying customers.
- Follow up with interested customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.

- Digital Marketing

- Business Email & Hosting Services
- Other IT and Business Solutions
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information.
- Coordinate with the technical/team members to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and identify opportunities for additional services.

Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls.
- Should be confident in speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Knowledge of Tamil, English, and Hindi is preferred/required.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to explain services clearly to customers.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales, business development, or IT sales is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and a willingness to learn can also apply.
Salary & Incentives
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month
Performance Incentive: Up to ₹20,000+ per month
Your total monthly earning can therefore reach ₹45,000+, depending on sales performance.
