- Manage day-to-day showroom/store operations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer retention.
- Handle inventory management, stock planning, and replenishment.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with suppliers and management regarding stock requirements.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational SOPs
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Textile, Saree, Ethnic Wear, Garments, or Fashion Retail Industry.
- At least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, ethnic wear trends, and retail operations.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, POS billing systems, and inventory software.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
