We are seeking a Full Stack Developer who is equally talented at building high-converting, SEO-optimized landing pages and complex backend management systems. You will be responsible for the entire digital lifecycle: from the moment a user lands on a mobile-friendly website to the secure storage and sale of that lead in a custom Admin Portal.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Performance Web Development: Build, test, and optimize landing pages and multi-page websites using React.js, Next.js, or HTML/Tailwind CSS.
- Mobile-First Design: Ensure every website is 100% responsive and achieves a 90+ score on Google PageSpeed Insights.
- Conversion Optimization (CRO): Implement A/B testing, heatmaps (Microsoft Clarity), and fast-loading forms to maximize lead volume.
- Tracking & Attribution: Expertly install GTM Server-Side, Meta CAPI, and Google Offline Conversions to track every visitor journey.
- Lead Management System (LMS): Develop a secure 3-tier portal (Admin, Employee, Customer) to manage, filter, and export lead data.
- Compliance: Integrate Jornaya and TrustedForm scripts into all web forms for TCPA compliance.
Technical Requirements
- Frontend: Mastery of Modern CSS (Tailwind/SASS) and JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js).
- Backend: Proficiency in Node.js, Python, or PHP for API and database logic.
- Database: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) for structured lead storage.
- Web Vitals: Deep understanding of LCP, CLS, and FID to ensure Google-friendly rankings and low ad-costs.
- Tools: Expert level with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Search Console.
