Job Description:
We are looking for a Placement Officer with 2+ years of experience to manage student placements and build strong relationships with companies for recruitment opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop partnerships with companies for student placements
- Organize campus recruitment drives and interviews
- Guide students on career opportunities, resume preparation, and interview skills
- Maintain placement records and reports
- Coordinate with academic and training teams for placement activities
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in placements, HR, or recruitment
- Good communication and networking skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
