About the Role
We're looking for a Link Building Executive with proven, hands-on experience in SEO outreach and guest posting. You'll own outreach campaigns end-to-end — from prospecting relevant sites to closing placements — while working closely with our SEO and Content teams. Strong written communication and a track record of ethical, white-hat outreach are essential.
Eligibility (Mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant, hands-on experience in Link Building / SEO Outreach.
- Freshers and candidates with only internship experience will not be considered.
- Must be available to work full-time from our Mohali office.
What You'll Do
- Execute white-hat link-building campaigns through manual outreach.
- Identify and evaluate relevant websites for backlink opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with bloggers, publishers, and website owners.
- Manage guest posting and outreach campaigns from prospecting through to placement.
- Negotiate collaborations and maintain professional, consistent communication.
- Track outreach performance and keep accurate campaign records.
- Coordinate with SEO and Content teams to hit shared campaign goals.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO outreach and link building (internships don't count).
- Strong understanding of guest posting, backlink acquisition, and off-page SEO.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets and outreach/prospecting tools.
- Able to manage multiple outreach campaigns at once while hitting quality and productivity targets.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
