Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business/Marketing Executive to lead the strategic growth of our tissue paper and napkin product portfolio. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, expanding market share, and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns across retail, wholesale, and commercial channels .
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Brand Management
· Lead brand positioning efforts to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels, including digital, print, and point-of-sale materials .
Market Analysis & Business Development
· Monitor and evaluate market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer preferences within the tissue and napkin industry .
· Coordinate the production of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, product catalogs, and presentations .
· Work closely with Sales, Product Development, Supply Chain, and external agencies to deliver impactful go-to-market strategies .
· Support product delivery.
· Track competitors' activities in the retail space and consolidate findings for strategic planning .
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus) .
Experience:
· 2–3 years of experience in a marketing or business development role within , manufacturing, or consumer goods industry .
· Experience in the pulp & paper products sector is highly preferred .
· Proven experience in distributor or trade marketing management is a strong plus .
Skills & Competencies:
· Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making .
· Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills .
· Market share growth within target segments
· Successful execution of product launches meeting revenue targets
