We are looking for enthusiastic and confident freshers to join our team as Telecalling Executives. The role involves speaking with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, and generating leads.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Maintain daily call and lead records.
- Schedule appointments or demos when required.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Tamil/English; other languages are an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.
