Job Title: Senior Academic Counsellor – Credit Transfer
Location: Kozhikode
Shift: Day Shift
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Academic Counsellor with strong knowledge in credit transfer processes. The candidate will guide students on academic pathways, credit evaluations, and admissions, ensuring a smooth counselling experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on course options and credit transfer eligibility
- Evaluate academic transcripts and map transferable credits
- Coordinate with universities/partner institutions for credit approvals
- Support students through admissions and enrollment processes
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation
- Follow up with leads and ensure conversion targets are met
- Provide professional guidance to students and parents
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Academic Counselor
- Mandatory experience in Credit Transfer
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of higher education systems and academic policies
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred)
