Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assess and grade gemstones and diamond jewelry based on clarity, cut, color, caratweight, and overall quality.
- Ensure accurate documentation of grading details for certification purposes.
- Work closely with the lab team to maintain quality standards.
- Assist with mobile lab visits for on-site evaluations.
- Provide feedback on gemstone quality and suggest improvements where necessary.
- Stay updated on industry standards and grading techniques.
- Certification in Gemology.
- Strong knowledge of diamond and gemstone grading standards.
- Attention to detail and excellent observation skills.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly.
- Previous experience in grading or gemological assessments is preferred
