We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee daily operations of our Hair Replacement Clinic. The ideal candidate will manage sales, staff performance, customer experience, lead conversion, and branch growth while ensuring smooth clinic operations. Experience in salon, aesthetics, wellness, or healthcare management is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and sales management skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage branch operations and team performance
- Ensure excellent client consultation and service delivery
- Monitor sales targets and lead conversions
- Handle staff training, scheduling, and discipline
- Maintain inventory and operational reports
- Drive branch revenue and customer satisfaction
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
