About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools.
- Assist in developing and maintaining databases and data systems.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate periodic reports.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear manner.
- Support data-driven decision-making across departments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and data analysis concepts.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Python or R is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
