Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, improving team performance, ensuring excellent customer experience, and coordinating with the sales and finance departments to maximize vehicle sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly vehicle sales targets.
- Monitor daily enquiries, test drives, bookings, and retail deliveries.
- Conduct daily team meetings and sales reviews.
- Coach and train sales executives on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Ensure timely customer follow-ups and CRM updates.
- Handle customer escalations and provide effective resolutions.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Accessories, and Delivery teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Maintain showroom discipline and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 4–8 years of automobile dealership sales experience.
- Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and motivate teams.
- Valid Driving License preferred.
