Job Responsibilities
– Strong command over written English (grammatically correct written English)
– Customer Support – Assist the customer process and solve Customer queries via email/chat/calls.
– Ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt responses and query resolution
– Coordinate with internal team for issue resolving & coordination with customer
– To ensure that tasks are completed daily and in a timely manner
– Respond to customers in tickets issues, follow-ups, etc.
– Should be well versed with MS Office
Mandatory Requirements
- Should be ready to work in Night shifts and 5 days working.
- Should be ready to Work from Office

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Should possess prioritizing and organizing skills
- Logical and reasoning abilities to take right decisions to resolve customer’s issues.
