Twink Media is a global creator-first agency working across the UK, India, USA, Canada, UAE, and Europe. We specialise in influencer marketing and publisher partnerships for entertainment, lifestyle, and consumer brands, with a strong focus on South Asian diaspora audiences.
We’re looking for two sharp, proactive interns to join the team and help us scale our influencer operations across multiple markets.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain a structured influencer database across the UK, USA, Dubai, Europe, and Australia — segmented by niche and audience
- Identify and shortlist South Asian creators that fit specific brand and campaign briefs
- Reach out to and negotiate rates with influencers on our behalf
- Coordinate briefs, timelines, and deliverables to ensure creators stay on schedule
- Track campaign deliverables end-to-end and flag delays before they happen
- Compile post-campaign performance reports — reach, engagement, and delivery summaries
What We’re Looking For
- Some prior experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or talent/creator coordination — internships, freelance work, or personal projects all count
- Confident communicator — comfortable messaging and negotiating with creators directly
- Highly organised — able to manage multiple people and deadlines independently
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and creator metrics (followers, engagement rate, reach)
- A genuine interest in South Asian entertainment, culture, or media is a strong plus
What This Role Is Not
This is not an entry-level training position. We’re looking for someone who can pick things up quickly and work with light supervision — not someone who needs every task explained from scratch.
