SEO Executive / SEO Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented SEO Executive who can improve website rankings, increase organic traffic, and implement effective SEO strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms, and excellent English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
- Build high-quality backlinks using ethical (White Hat) SEO techniques.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Track keyword rankings and prepare weekly/monthly SEO reports.
- Collaborate with content writers and developers to implement SEO best practices.
- Stay updated with Google's latest algorithm updates and SEO trends.
- Improve website speed, indexing, and overall user experience.
Required Skills
- 1–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
- Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Experience with:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- Ahrefs / SEMrush / Ubersuggest
- Screaming Frog (preferred)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress is an added advantage.
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of relevant SEO experience.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory.
