We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT Specialist) who can handle end-to-end IT recruitment, talent sourcing, screening, coordination, onboarding, and HR operational tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and hiring platforms.

Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, evaluating, and selecting candidates.

Identify suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing channels.

Conduct initial telephonic rounds to evaluate candidate’s technical understanding and suitability.

Coordinate interviews with internal teams and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Handle onboarding formalities, documentation, and joining procedures.

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment (mandatory).
