Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of hubs and brake drum products in OEM and aftermarket segments. The role involves developing new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand customer base in OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and aftermarket distributors
- Promote and sell hubs and brake drum products to automotive clients
- Identify new business opportunities in domestic and export markets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals
- Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams for timely delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide timely resolution
- Support in payment follow-ups and credit control
- Maintain sales reports, MIS, and CRM data
Key Skills Required
- Strong understanding of automotive components (casting, machining, brake systems)
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of OEM sales and aftermarket distribution network
- Ability to read basic technical drawings/specifications
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools
- Willingness to travel extensively
Preferred Experience
- Experience in auto component industry (hubs, brake drums, castings)
- Exposure to OEM clients like Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, etc.
- Experience in dealer/distributor network handling

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
