Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Manager Sales to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in Mumbai. As a key player in our team, you will champion our competitive edge and innovation while aligning strategies with upper management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to sell company products and services, emphasizing their benefits and usability to clients.
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Educate clients on our products/services, showcasing their features and advantages effectively.
- Foster relationships with existing foreign clients, while actively seeking new clients and business prospects.
- Implement creative sales initiatives to boost organizational revenue and meet financial targets.
- Act as the primary revenue-generating resource by persuading clients to invest in our offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service, guiding clients through the purchasing process and addressing inquiries.
- Convert international client meetings into profitable sales opportunities, contributing to revenue generation.
- Prepare and present sales reports, presentations, and documents to senior management.
- Maintain comprehensive sales records daily, weekly, quarterly, and annually.
- Manage assigned sales territories efficiently, optimizing time to maximize profitability.
- Undertake managerial responsibilities as needed, overseeing client lists and sales activities.
- Fulfill any other duties within the scope of international sales representation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in international sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of international market trends and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
