Job Summary
Alpha Milk Company is seeking a skilled and motivated Architect Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to plan, design, and supervise construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, project coordination skills, and experience in industrial or commercial building projects.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
- Prepare architectural and engineering drawings, layouts, and construction plans.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, electrical, and MEP teams during project execution.
- Review and approve drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Supervise site activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with approved designs.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and construction progress.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, statutory regulations, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors for timely project completion.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates for management.
- Recommend value engineering and cost-effective design solutions.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Good understanding of civil construction, structural design, and MEP coordination.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in architectural engineering or construction projects.
