Job Summary
Pushpam Sanskruti Resort is seeking a highly experienced Executive Housekeeper with mandatory resort brand experience to lead housekeeping operations. The candidate must have hands-on experience in managing large-scale resort properties, ensuring top standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and team efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end housekeeping operations for resort rooms, villas, public areas & outdoor spaces
- Ensure resort-level cleanliness standards including landscaping touchpoints, pool areas, and high-traffic zones
- Lead, train, and supervise housekeeping team with strong discipline and SOP adherence
- Conduct daily inspections and maintain quality control standards
- Handle guest complaints with quick and effective resolution
- Maintain linen, uniforms, and housekeeping inventory
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Engineering & F&B teams
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and audit standards
- Implement cost control and reduce operational wastage
- Prepare MIS reports and housekeeping performance metrics
Mandatory Requirements
- Resort brand experience is a must (non-negotiable)
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in housekeeping
- At least 2–3 years in a leadership role (Executive/Asst. Housekeeper)
- Experience handling large inventory rooms / resort setup
- Strong team management & operational control
