Responsible for overseeing all HR and administrative functions of the organization, including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, performance management, employee relations, and statutory compliance. The role also manages office administration, facility maintenance, vendor coordination, asset management, travel arrangements, and general administrative operations to ensure a productive and well-organized workplace. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
