Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition & Onboarding
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels.
- Conduct customer onboarding and KYC processes as per company guidelines.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Explain company products and services to new customers.
Revenue Generation
- Generate revenue by offering financial solutions such as:
- Mutual Funds and Investment solutions
- Insurance Solutions (Life, Health, General Insurance)
- Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Other Lending Products
- Wealth Management and Financial Planning Services
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Portfolio Management
- Manage and monitor customer portfolios to ensure alignment with their financial objectives.
- Review customers' investment and insurance needs periodically.
- Provide appropriate product recommendations based on customer profiles.
Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with customers through regular interactions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and service requests.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Cross-Selling & Upselling
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional financial products.
- Promote relevant products to existing customers based on their financial requirements.
- Increase customer wallet share through strategic product offerings.
Market & Business Development
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and customer trends.
- Support business development initiatives and lead generation activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for customer engagement.
- Basic understanding of financial products, investments, insurance, and lending solutions.
- Good analytical and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
