What We're Looking For
✅ 1–2 years of experience in Email Marketing
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Experience in email campaign planning, lead generation, and customer engagement
✅ Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and campaign analytics
✅ Ability to create, execute, monitor, and optimize email campaigns
✅ Understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, and A/B testing is a plus
✅ Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
✅ Quick learner with a proactive, creative, and positive attitude
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
- Create engaging email content and compelling subject lines
- Manage email lists, audience segmentation, and automation workflows
- Track campaign performance and optimize open rates, CTR, and conversions
- Generate leads through targeted email outreach
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth
