Job Title : AC Technician
Job Description:
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and servicing of AC equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related faults.
- Check refrigerant levels, compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, and thermostats.
- Maintain proper temperature and humidity in critical areas such as OT, ICU, laboratories, and patient-care areas.
- Respond promptly to AC breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify potential problems before breakdown.
- Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and equipment logs.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of tools, spare parts, and refrigerants.
- Follow hospital safety procedures and electrical/HVAC safety standards.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance/Engineering Department and external service vendors when required.
- Support installation and commissioning of new AC/HVAC equipment.
Qualification: ITI / Diploma
Experience: Min 5-10 Years
