Full Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced E-commerce Account Manager who has hands-on experience managing seller accounts on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
The ideal candidate should be skilled in account management, marketing, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart & Meesho
- Create and optimize product listings (SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, images)
- Handle inventory, pricing, and order processing
- Run and optimize ad campaigns (Amazon Ads / Flipkart Ads)
- Monitor account health and resolve issues
- Communicate with clients and provide regular updates
- Handle client queries professionally and maintain relationships
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in E-commerce account management
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub / Meesho panel
- Experience in running ads and promotional campaigns
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Confident voice and client handling ability
- Ability to manage multiple accounts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in handling multiple product categories
- Basic Excel and reporting skills
- Understanding of online sales growth strategies
