We’re looking for a competent and dynamic telemarketer who can help us start and maintain strong client relationships at The Power Learning Centre.
As we are a Therapy Centre, we are on the lookout for someone patient and caring towards children and sensitive towards the difficulties faced by parents of special needs children.
Your main tasks will be:
- Greeting patients professionally on the phone
- Initiate Outbound Calls: Reach out to prospects via lists to explain therapies and services.
- Properly referring questions and issues to the main Therapy team
- Manage Data Entry: Accurately record customer names, addresses and call reactions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Communication: Flawless verbal communication and active listening to quickly build rapport.
- Persistence & Resilience: Ability to maintain a positive attitude and cool temper after rejections.
- Negotiation: Persuasive skills to handle customer objections and close deals or secure commitments.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
