- Support employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation.
- Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll-related activities.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and recruitment status updates.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and company records.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
