- Patient Care: Assess patient conditions, take vital signs, and develop/implement individualized care plans.
- Medical Treatments: Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist physicians with medical procedures.
- Monitoring: Observe and document changes in patient conditions; report critical information to senior medical staff.
- Education & Advocacy: Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential patient health records using Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to hospital policies, as well as federal and state health and safety regulations
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
