About the Role
RP UXCollab is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented CMS Developer to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern technologies, CMS platforms, and advanced animation libraries such as GSAP. You will be responsible for building visually engaging, high-performance web experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Build and maintain websites using CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot or headless CMS
- Implement advanced animations and interactions using GSAP (ScrollTrigger, timelines, etc.)
- Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX concepts into interactive experiences
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
- Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in CMS development
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with at least one framework (React, Next.js, or Vue)
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot or similar)
- Strong working knowledge of GSAP for animations
- Good understanding of responsive design and browser compatibility
- Familiarity with Git/version control
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience with animation libraries like Three.js
- Knowledge of headless CMS like Contentful or Strapi
- Basic understanding of SEO principles
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency or product environment
