We are looking for an HR professional with 2 - 4 years of experience who can handle recruitment, HR operations, employee management, payroll coordination, and HR compliance. The candidate should be able to manage the complete employee lifecycle from hiring to exit and support management in HR operations and employee engagement.Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and hiring
- Employee onboarding and exit process
- Attendance and leave management
- HR documentation and employee records
- Payroll coordination
- Statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS)
- Performance appraisal coordination
- HR MIS reports and HRMS management
- Overall operations in Office
