We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive with 1–2+ years of experience to manage and grow our brand's presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in content planning, social media management, campaign execution, community engagement, and performance analysis to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and the marketing team to create high-quality content.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to identify new content opportunities.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
- Assist in influencer collaborations and brand partnership campaigns.
- Optimize content based on platform insights and performance metrics.
