The ideal principal require exceptional leadership, teaching, and communication skills, with a passion for fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Principal's Responsibilities: 1. Provide strategic leadership and vision for the Pre-School and Primary departments. 2. Develop and implement curriculum, policies, and procedures to ensure academic excellence. 3. Lead, manage, and support a team of teachers, assistants, and staff. 4. Foster a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting respect, empathy, and social responsibility. 5. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider community. 6. Monitor student progress, identifying areas for support and enrichment.
