Experience: 8+ years in Quality Assurance, including 2+ years leading a QA team.
Role:
Lead the QA function for a platform consisting of workflow applications, microservices, APIs, databases and third-party integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Define test strategy, scope, estimates and release-quality gates
- Plan functional, integration, regression, API, performance, security and release testing
- Lead defect triage, test reporting and release-readiness reviews
- Maintain traceability between requirements, tests, results and defects
- Manage and mentor functional, automation and specialist testers
- Coordinate with product, development, DevOps, security and business teams
- Support UAT, operational-readiness and production smoke testing
Mandatory skills:
- Test strategy, risk-based testing and QA governance
- System integration, end-to-end, regression, API and release testing
- Jira and test-management tools such as Zephyr
- Agile delivery and CI/CD understanding
- Defect management, QA metrics and stakeholder reporting
- Strong leadership and communication
Added advantages:
- Appian or another workflow/BPM/low-code platform
- Microservices using Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot or Python
- Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, cloud monitoring or Kubernetes
- Fintech, banking, lending, payments or financial-services experience
- Performance, security or Operational Acceptance Testing knowledge
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
