About the Role
Mangla Rubber Technologies is looking for an experienced Quality Engineer with a strong background in quality assurance and quality control. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of quality systems, inspection processes, and continuous improvement practices to ensure high product quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and company quality standards.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bsc - Chemistry
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Quality Department (Manufacturing Industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of quality tools, inspection methods, and problem-solving techniques.
