Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Submission Drawings Draughtsman with expertise in preparing and coordinating statutory approval drawings for projects in Pune. The candidate must have thorough knowledge of Pune Development Control & Promotion Regulations (DCPR), municipal submission procedures, and experience in preparing drawings for residential, commercial, mixed-use, and high-rise developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural submission drawings for approval as per Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) and other applicable local authority regulations.
- Prepare and revise drawings in accordance with Pune DCPR, National Building Code (NBC), and relevant fire safety regulations.
- Develop drawings including:
- Site Layout Plans
- Floor Plans
- Elevations
- Sections
- Parking Layouts
- Area Statements
- Building Sections
- Terrace Plans
- Compound Wall & Gate Details
- Road Widening & Setback Drawings
- Ensure compliance with:
- FSI calculations
- Setbacks
- Height restrictions
- Parking norms
- Fire access requirements
- Open spaces
- Amenity space calculations
- Prepare revised drawings based on scrutiny remarks received from the municipal authority.
- Coordinate with Liaison Architects, Architects, Structural Consultants, MEP Consultants, and Government Authorities for approvals.
- Maintain proper documentation and revision records of all submission drawings.
- Verify architectural drawings before submission to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with the design team to incorporate statutory requirements into project drawings.
- Assist during approval processes by providing updated drawings and supporting documentation whenever required.
- Ensure timely preparation of drawings to meet project approval schedules.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Pune Development Control & Promotion Regulations (DCPR).
- Good understanding of PMC submission procedures and approval processes.
- Knowledge of National Building Code (NBC) and fire safety requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to prepare detailed area statements and submission calculations.
- Excellent drawing interpretation and detailing skills.
- Strong coordination and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Draftsmanship.
- Experience in Pune-based residential, commercial, mixed-use, and high-rise projects.
- Familiarity with municipal scrutiny remarks and approval documentation.
- Experience working with Liaison Consultants and Government Authorities.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
