Key Responsibilities
* Manage the complete Water Jet Loom production department.
* Ensure production targets, machine efficiency, and fabric quality are consistently achieved.
* Supervise and guide machine operators and technicians.
* Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize machine breakdowns and downtime.
* Monitor loom settings, production planning, and quality standards.
* Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
* Prepare daily production, efficiency, and rejection reports.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of Water Jet Loom machines and weaving processes.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
* Basic computer proficiency.
Qualification
* Diploma / B.E. (Textile or Mechanical) or ITI with relevant experience.
* Previous experience as a Water Jet Loom Incharge or Production Supervisor is preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
