We are looking for a responsible and organized Administration Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities in our school. The candidate will support staff management, recruitment, and ensure smooth functioning of school operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee records (teachers & staff attendance, leave, files)
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
Maintain HR policies and ensure discipline in the workplace
Managing parents inquiries and follow ups
Support school administration activities and event coordination
Handle communication between management, teachers, and parents
Maintain reports and daily administrative records
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, BBA, or related field
1–2 years experience in HR/Admin
Strong communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Good organizational and multitasking ability
Preferred Skills:
Experience in school administration
Ability to handle staff and parent communication
Positive attitude and team coordination
Salary:
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
